Lecithin is used as an emulsifier. It will give the bread a soft, smooth texture and moist results. You're going to love this in your bread so much and with the long shelf life, we recommend you stock up and use as much as you'd like.
Recommended 1 teaspoon per loaf of wheat bread. You may use more based on your preference.
